Norfolk Homes Ltd is seeking community feedback on detailed plans for a new development off Shelfanger Road/Heywood Road, Diss. This follows the outline planning approval in January 2024 and includes:

  • Up to 179 new homes

  • Cemetery extension

  • New link road & access points

  • Come and share your thoughts! Visit the Public Exhibition on Friday 21st February 2025, 3pm - 7pm at Walden Studio/Council Chamber, The Corn Hall, Diss.

Your feedback is important! Visit the exhibition to review the plans, ask questions, and help shape the final proposals before they are submitted to South Norfolk Council.
