Our weekly outdoor forest club for primary school aged children re-starts after Easter! Thursdays 4.30-6pm, it’s a great place to have fun, learn new skills and enjoy the outdoors!
Supported by our friendly, experienced and qualified Staff, children and young people at Wild Things may choose to learn and develop skills such as tool use, plant and tree identification, natural arts and crafts, archery, woodland games, knife skills, Camp-outs, den building, rope work, bug hunting and campfire cooking.
Equally, they may choose to relax, chill out, swing in a hammock, gaze into the fire and re-connect … our groups provide a welcoming, nurturing and inclusive space for young people to spend time.
Outdoors whatever the weather, connecting with nature and with each other, we support our participants to bond as a group, building upon their strengths and interests to develop their confidence, resilience, self-esteem and sense of community … and have a whole lot of fun!
Booking is essential. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult for this group. £27.50 per child, per half-term block (this block is 5 sessions) Taster sessions are available – please contact us to arrange. Book online via our website www.outthereforestschool.co.uk
